If a parcel is undelivered due to no answer upon arrival or an incorrect address being provided by the customer, a return cost of the initial quoted freight cost will be invoiced to the customer. Should you require a returned order resent to you, an additional payment will need to be made for postage. You will be contacted for payment before redelivery will be made. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the correct shipping address is advised at the time of placing an order.Will you leave my order unattended / safe drop?No. We require a signature on each parcel delivered. If no one is in attendance at time of delivery, you will be carded and your order will be taken to the nearest depot for collection.Please Note: If you request a safe drop or want the driver to leave the package unattended and over ride our request for a signature on your delivery, we will not take any responsibility for missing parcels or missing contents of parcels. No exceptions.
